This CFP seeks to continue discussion of issues in post-socialist urban development that was begun at AAG 2009.

We have recently been asked to write a survey of recent research on ‘Postsocialist geographies’ for the journal Geography Compass. We are keen to include work that has been published by geographers in a diversity of countries and geographical traditions, so if you would like to send us either references to published work, or copies of relevant published papers, then that would be excellent.
